Minimum requirements by aircraft and position.

Commercial pilot license with multi IFR rating
Preferred – 1000 hours or more of fixed wing flight time
Preferred – 500 hours or more of multi engine flight time
Preferred – 250 hours or more of mountain flying experience
Preferred – Aviation diploma
Preferred – experience on multi-engine turbine aircraft
IATRA exams written (required for turbojet aircraft, preferred for turboprop)
Group 1 Pilot Medical assessment by a qualified Civil Aviation Medical Examiner as required by Transport Canada regulations.
Up to date vaccinations against diphtheria, poliomyelitis, tetanus and hepatitis B
No Transport Canada violations or suspensions
Ability to obtain TSA clearance and approval for simulator training in the United States
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated computer skills and familiarity with the Internet
Fluency or proficiency in English language skills

ATPL with multi IFR rating
Preferred – 3000 hours or more on fixed wing aircraft, with 1000 hours as PIC
Preferred – 1000 hours or more of multi engine flight time, with 500 hours as PIC
Preferred – 100 hours on type, with 50 hours as PIC
Preferred – 500 hours or more of mountain flying experience
Preferred – Experience on specific aircraft type
Preferred – Aviation diploma
